River Zen House, Esposende - guesthouse Review • Secret land

River Zen House is a small guesthouse in the town of Esposende near the sea, quite nice and comfortable.

The guesthouse is located next to the seaside, the central square with a church is nearby. There is also a grocery store nearby.

Check-in at River Zen House

There is no reception at River Zen House, so the owner contacted me and asked me to warn her 15 minutes before arrival. When I approached the guesthouse, there was already one guest waiting. A young girl came, showed me everything, told me everything and gave me the keys. In the morning, the keys just had to be left in a basket at the entrance.

When checking in, you are given a room key and keys to the outer doors.

My room at River Zen House

I had a room on the second floor with my own bathroom. There was a TV, a wardrobe, a double bed in the room, towels in the bathroom and two cans of liquid soap. The hair dryer was shared on the floor.

I didn’t like that the floor in the room was dirty, I felt uncomfortable walking around barefoot.

Shared rooms at River Zen House

River Zen House has a kitchen, dining room, BBQ area, living room with pool table. There is also a laundry room. Wi-fi was excellent.

The living room and dining room have a lot of beautiful interior items, it’s quite nice. I also wanted to use the washing machine, but they were both occupied.
