Svirzh Castle is located in the village of Svirzh, 46 km from Lviv, in the direction of Peremyshliany.
The first mention of the castle dates back to 1530, when it was a residence of the Świrzski family. The castle acquired its present appearance in the 17th century, when it was owned by Oleksandr Cetner. The last owner of the castle was Tadeusz Komorowski.
